Smell the aroma and quality of a wonderful fresh sun ripened lemon, the initial steps towards making Limoncello.

I once tasted Limoncello made using milk in southern Tuscany. I was on a foodie photo shoot in Tuscany with Heston Blumenthal, Matthew Fort and we went to a few producers of Parma Ham, Parmesan, Anchovies and one produced Crema di Limoncello. You’ll have to try it?
